Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

JobraAI (operated by BookedCore L.L.C.) runs an affiliate program where approved participants ("affiliates") earn a cash commission for referring new paying subscribers using a unique share link. Enrollment requires an application, which we review and may approve, reject, or later suspend at our discretion.

2. Commission

Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard when approved (40% by default). It's recurring — you earn it on every payment a referred user makes for as long as they stay subscribed, not just their first one — calculated on the actual amount charged, so it scales automatically between monthly and annual plans. We may change the default rate for future applicants at any time; changes won't retroactively reduce commission already earned on existing conversions.

3. When a conversion counts

A conversion is created every time a referred user's subscription is successfully charged — their first payment, and every renewal after it for as long as they stay subscribed. Commission stops accruing once they cancel or downgrade; nothing is owed for periods they don't pay for. Each conversion is held for 14 days after that charge before becoming eligible for payout, to cover refunds and chargebacks. A conversion that's refunded, disputed, or found fraudulent during or after the hold period may be voided and won't be paid.

4. Payout

Payouts are sent manually via PayPal to the email address on file in your affiliate dashboard — keep it current. We don't currently support other payout methods. If you're a U.S. affiliate and your earnings cross the IRS 1099-NEC reporting threshold in a calendar year, we'll contact you to collect a completed W-9 before further payouts; you're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions you receive.

5. Disclosure — this is on you

Wherever you share your affiliate link — video captions, bio links, posts, emails — you're required to clearly disclose that it's an affiliate/paid partnership link (for example, "#ad" or "affiliate link"), consistent with FTC endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. Undisclosed promotion is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself, an account you control, or use your own link to sign up.
• Use bots, incentivized signup schemes, or misleading claims (e.g., promising outcomes JobraAI doesn't provide, such as guaranteed job offers) to generate referrals.
• Bid on JobraAI's brand terms in paid search advertising.
• Spam, cold-email at scale, or otherwise distribute your link in a way that violates anti-spam law (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
• Impersonate JobraAI or claim to be an employee, official representative, or partner beyond "affiliate."

We may void conversions, withhold payout, and terminate an affiliate's participation for violating this section, without affecting our other rights or remedies.

7. Term and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Commissions already earned and past the hold period at the time of termination will still be paid; commissions still in the hold period, or arising from conduct that violates these terms, may be forfeited. We may change or discontinue the program with notice through the app or by email.

8. Relationship

You participate as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, agent, or partner of JobraAI or BookedCore L.L.C. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify affiliates through the app or by email. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
