1. Acceptance of terms

JobraAI is operated by BookedCore L.L.C. ("BookedCore," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using JobraAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What JobraAI does

JobraAI aggregates job listings from public and partner sources, scores them against your resume, and helps you draft application material such as cover letters and tailored resumes using AI. JobraAI is a job-search tool — we are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter, and we don't guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use JobraAI. One account per person — don't share credentials or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. We may change pricing going forward with notice; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract job listings or platform data.
• Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or circumvent access controls.
• Resell or redistribute JobraAI's job data or AI-generated content as a standalone product.
• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in job applications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

6. Job listing accuracy

Job listings are sourced from third-party company career pages and job boards. We don't control and can't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing — always verify details on the employer's own application page before applying.

7. AI-generated content

Cover letters, tailored resumes, match scores, and other AI-generated content are starting points, not guaranteed-accurate final documents. You're responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you submit it as part of a real application. JobraAI is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or consequences arising from AI-generated content you choose to submit.

8. Intellectual property

JobraAI and its branding, design, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of the resume and content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Termination

You can stop using JobraAI and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or engage in abusive behavior toward the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job matches will lead to employment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobraAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost opportunities, lost income, or employment outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
